Then cloath therewith mine Understanding, Will, Affections, Judgment, Conscience, Memory; My Words and Actions, that their shine may fill My wayes with glory and thee glorify. ("Huswifery" Edward Taylor)
Like woven words they come into my room each night, Increasing, never ceasing, until the morning light.
Happy, joyous thoughts and dreams of stately things, slip through the Dream Catcher as if on angel wings.
Entering my state of slumber as I lay upon my bed, no bad dream can enter ... caught by the Dream Catcher instead. ("Through The Dream Catcher" Marge Tindal)

Plight of Women in USA:
the message this cartoon is trying to convey is that women are becoming a major part of our(Men's) society, whether we like it or not
Immigrant: the author of this cartoon is saying that people don't want immigrants in the United States, but offer them ways to get in here, and once they are in here, we offer them the kinds of jobs and benefits as us, so the overall tone of this cartoon is that Americans are hypocrites.

I really like the content of the first selection, it shows that Native American have morals, which is important because it defines them as human beings with the same rights the white men had when they took thier land.
I'm not sure how you're going to use the second selection however, it doesn't seem to me to express much more than the Indians' beleif in a spirit realm. Anyway, i'm interested to see how you'll use this, because it's beyond anything i can predict.

Really nice design for this blog - I like your Native selection as well. However, there is no reflection or diary entry included in the blog - why?
